Return Policy:

All approved custom orders are not returnable.

For stock merchandise, all returns need a “return authorization number.” Shipping errors can be returned for full credit.

If a customer wants to return a product for any other reason, they must be returned within 15 days in the original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer would also be responsible for the return postage before credit is issued for the product.

Payment methods:

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal are accepted. Shipments can only be made within the United States. Custom orders are charged in full once customer has agreed to the artwork emailed. Credit cards will be charged upon shipment for all other orders.

Shipping rates:

In most cases, stock product will ship within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). Custom orders take from 4-6 weeks once orders are approved. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days shipping depending on your location.

$10 on all ground shipments to the 48 contiguous states.

$40 on all 2nd Day shipments

Credit Card security and safety:

Orders are processed using secure ordering technology with special encryption to minimize credit card theft. Most banks also offer automatic protection for credit card customers in the unlikely event you should ever have a problem.

Check status of order:

When an order ships, you will be emailed confirmation and a tracking number.

Sales tax:

For shipments to California, customers will be charged their local sales tax.

Cancellation policy:

Custom orders are not cancellable once artwork is approved by customer. Stock orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order ships, customer must obtain a “return authorization number” and be subject to restocking fees as described in Returns Policy Section.


All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and can be returned for full credit up to 15 days from purchase.
